Bandit Hideout is an early game instance populated by Thiefs / Brigands, and Enforcers. The boss at the end is Ragnar the Cruel.
It is recommended to bring Pierce/Bludgeoning armor to fight through the Thiefs / Brigands and Enforcers, and Full-Plate to kill Ragnar.
