Strategy[]
Damage Type: Slashing or Piercing/Slashing
Wear an armor effective against Slashing and Piercing damages, Scale Mail works well against them.
Due to their high stats, watch out for sudden damage bursts. Guard Captains wielding gold weapons can quickly become a deadly surprise, especially as Claymore and Steel Halberd usually have high critical multipliers.
Weakness: Piercing
Piercing weapons is the way to go. Using Bludgeoning or Slashing damage is a foolish endeavor against them, as their heavy armor will nullify all but the highest Bludgeoning/Slashing damages.
