Well Rested is a status effect given to the player when the player sleeps in a house. The effect is not given if the player sleeps at an inn or in a camp.
Effects[]
The Well Rested effect lasts for 15 minutes after sleeping in a house. This buff cannot be stacked.
While Well Rested, your strength is buffed by 10%, and movement speed increases by 40%.
